Returns Policy – Elude Activewear

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.


RETURN CONDITIONS:

All items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags attached

Any returns that do not meet these conditions will be rejected.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.


⚠️ Mandatory Contact & Identification

You must contact us by email before returning any item.

You must include a note inside your parcel with:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Items being returned
  • Clear instruction: refund, exchange, or store credit

Returns sent without prior contact and a completed return note will NOT be processed.
Unidentified parcels cannot be matched to orders and may be refused, delayed indefinitely, or not refunded.


Sale Items (Strict Policy)

  • Sale and promotional items are not eligible for refunds to the original payment method
  • Approved returns will be issued as store credit only
  • Store credit is final, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash

UK Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery.

However:

  • Items must still meet all return conditions (unworn, tagged, resaleable)
  • You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We reserve the right to deduct or refuse refunds for items returned in a diminished condition

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.


Returns Process (Required Steps)

  1. Email us to request return approval
  2. Include the required return note inside your parcel
  3. Pack items securely (damaged or poorly packed returns may be rejected)
  4. Send via our returns portal or a tracked courier

Processing & Liability

  • Returns are inspected within 2–5 business days of receipt
  • Refunds/store credit are issued only after inspection approval
  • Full processing time may take up to 7 business days

We are not responsible for:

  • Returns sent without tracking
  • Lost or delayed parcels
  • Returns sent without required identification
