Returns Policy – Elude Activewear
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
✅ Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
— Unworn and unused
— In their original packaging
— With all original tags attached
— In a clean, resaleable condition
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or refunded at a reduced amount where permitted by law.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
💳 Refunds & Store Credit
To request a refund or store credit, you must use our Returns Portal.
Returns sent outside the Returns Portal for a refund or store credit will not be processed.

📦 Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, do not use the Returns Portal.
Return your parcel directly to our warehouse with a note containing:
— Order number
— Full name
— Email address
— Item(s) being returned
— The exact replacement item, including size and colour
⚠️ Exchanges received without this information cannot be processed.
Our warehouse cannot contact customers for missing information. Returns without clear instructions may be delayed, returned or held until sufficient information is provided.

🔖 Sale & Promotional Items
Sale and promotional items are not eligible for refunds under our voluntary returns policy.
Where a return is accepted outside your statutory rights, it will be issued as store credit only.
Store credit:
— Is final
— Cannot be exchanged for cash
— Is non-transferable
This does not affect your statutory rights.
🇬🇧 UK Consumer Rights
If you purchased online, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To qualify:
— Notify us within the 14-day cancellation period using the Returns Portal.
— Return the goods within the legal time limit.
— Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
— Refunds may be reduced if items have been handled more than necessary to inspect them.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights regarding faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
⏱️ Processing
— Returns are inspected within 2–5 business days.
— Approved refunds, store credit and exchanges are normally completed within 7 business days.
— Processing times may be longer during busy periods.
🚚 Return Shipping
We recommend using a tracked delivery service.
Elude Activewear is not responsible for:
— Lost or delayed returns
— Untracked parcels
— Parcels sent to the wrong address
— Exchange returns without the required information
