Tracked UK delivery with Evri, and same-day dispatch on orders placed before 3pm.

- Standard tracked delivery (Evri): £4.95, free on orders over £100
- Next day delivery: £6.95, prioritised for dispatch
Dispatch
We dispatch orders as quickly as possible from our fulfilment centre, and same day on orders placed before 3pm. Delivery estimates start from dispatch and aren't guaranteed — busy periods, launches, sales, bank holidays and bad weather can add time.
Next day delivery
Next day orders are prioritised for dispatch, but still depend on cut-off times, working days and Evri availability. Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends or on bank holidays may be dispatched on the next working day.
Tracking
Tracking details are sent by email, or by SMS where provided. Evri tracking can take a little time to update after your parcel is collected.
Your delivery address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. Changes may not be possible once your order is being fulfilled or has shipped, and we can't be responsible for parcels delivered to the address supplied.
Delayed or missing parcels
If your parcel is delayed or you think it's lost, contact us with your order number, full name and delivery postcode, and we'll investigate with Evri where needed.
Marked as delivered but not received
Check your nominated safe place, around the property, with others in your household and with neighbours, and look for any Evri delivery photo or location details. If you still can't find it, get in touch and we'll open an investigation.
